We missed last week, but don't worry, we're back in business. Tonight Carissa and I made a Mexican dish, perhaps you've heard of it, TACOS! and 7 layer dip. It sure was yummy! Carissa wanted to cook the hamburger and chop the onions. I was more than happy to let her do that. It was definitely the easiest, cleanest and fastest meal so far. Stay tuned for next week.

Before you say anything, I must implore you to dispel any jealous notions in your head. When we are both home for Thanksgiving we shall cook together as much as we please! And Rachel can join us too! Or maybe she can just cook for both of us while we watch a movie or something....yeah...good plan! :) oh, and, hi mandy!

HAHA!!! how did you know that i would be jealous? i was going to snidely say that you looked creepy in all the pictures and that the food looked awful, but now i must say that the food looks delicious... but you still look creepy. haha jk can't wait for thanksgiving!
